Advanced Structural Design Course

Please note that the ADVANCED STRUCTURAL DESIGN COURSE is scheduled for NOVEMBER 19 & 20 from 9AM to 4:30 PM at the WATERFRONT CAMPUS (room TBD).

Fees will be $20 students, $40 for members, and $60 for non-members. The PREREQUISITE for this course is the INTRODUCTION TO STRUCTURAL DESIGN, last offered in the spring of 2010.

You must sign up before the end of the day on Friday, November 11. To register, please contact Don Roscoe at solardon.ns@gmail.com or 902-852-3789.

The course will start on Saturday with a review of basic principles and on Sunday will work with software that can now size dimension lumber as well Truss Joists. Required reading may be sent out a week or so in advance to get everyone up to speed and to get everyone on the same page.
